Hello world! My name is Mona, a Palestinian living in London, Ontario, Canada. I am a computer programmer and graphics designer. This is my personal web blog, and you can learn more about me [

Glad you could make additional use of the pictures. You ought to try Mansaf for real one day, it is yummy
Mansaf is Palestinian too as well as Jordanian. Its equivalent to the Indian Biryani mix of meat and rice, good for mass catering like weddings. Made either with yoghurt or kishek (dehydrated yoghurt, has funny smell though). Do you know msakhkahn? that’s really nice.
mmmm. lots of good traditional food.. today my mom will cook kobab with yougurt.. i think it is more of a lebanese dish.. lol
but we should have a website for traditional palestenian dishes.. that would be nice!!
i lived over in jordan with my husband and daughter for a little over a year… our most favourite dish was mansaf… now that we’re back in australia we cannot get the taste out of our mouths… i’ve tried several recipes but they dont even come close to the real thing… i would greatly appreciate it if someone could send me a delicious recipe for mansaf ASAP!!! thanks heaps…
