What’s a friend?

This is a question I always wondered about. I try to be friends with people. I always wondered if they are real friends with me. I like people, and I am picky when choosing friends and I am very loyal to them, but if I don’t talk to them for a day or two (cuz I am busy).. they don’t do the same. Sometimes I feel that I am the one who is always talking, always calling, staying in touch, but if I don’t do it, they don’t bother. Why is it that even friendship is one sided. Love is one sided, friendship is one sided. I am just unlucky. I will just stop bothering and caring about this one sidedness and just not spend too much time next to the phone or the computer. I am becoming more fond of watching TV. (Unfortunetly) ….

Is it possible that these friendships and loves are based on falsehood and not truth? And because of this falsehood, these people do not see you in the proper light? And is it true that for one to have peace and happiness that one’s life must be connected to Truth in all its aspects?
If one has answered in the affirmative to the above questions, then the real questions one would assume is what is Truth and how may I seek it?
you know.. your so right Cirus… really.. it’s finding the truth.. knowing the truth about people… that’s what’s important first..!!
I suggest you shouldn’t finish your frienship with this way. My friend’s behaviour is exactly this same. Perhaps they do that because they are shy or because they know you are busy person. They maybe not sure you are in mood. There are many reason explain their behaviour. I think it’s very sad of that what you say, but in fact you have a right saying friedsship, love are one sided. Why you don’t talk with ypur friends instead? You should be outgoing person and say them why thier behavior hurt you. I wish you luck. Don’t be sad and enjoy this funny life.
