Anyone out there believes in it? I donno.. I have a couple of charms but I never wear them.. but I seen some people who wear them daily and live by them. Like is it just superstition? Hmm..

Today I decided to cook.. Yumm. So today I made a cool and very easy dessert called Apple custard.

So this is the recipe

- 4 apples sliced to smaller pieces.

- Syrup (water, sugar and lemon)

- teaspoon Cinnanom

- Custard powder

- 3 cups of milk for custard

- 1/2 sugar

- postaccios for garnesh

So first.. take the apples, syrup and cinnanom cook them together till the apples get soft and done!

Now make the custard with boiling some milk first and then make a thick custard base.. put the apples first at the buttom of your bowl and put the custard on top. Sprinkle with some postaccios and wala.. instant dessert.. if you don’t want to use custard then you can use fruity type pre-made custard!

Enjoy.. I have not tasted it yet.. iftar is not for 1.5 hours!

Recipes/Food

Ok.. it seems that people are only out shopping on Saturdays.. seriously..I went to various stores and the mall today and so so many people.. I felt so clastorphobic and ovewhelmed by the number of people.. sheesh..

anyways.. so I bought today filters and aquarium medicine for my fish.. my fish is sick.. the guy at the store said it might have dopylis or something.. i cannot spell it or remember it.. so hopefully my fish will go back to their normal healthy selves soon..

well other then that.. i didn’t do much today.. just same old chilling at home.. today my mom made good iftar.. she made kobab (meat within meat fried.. :lol:) yummy and lentil soup and meat pastries.. all yummy..
I am now watching tv.. “Married with children”.. I love that show. I used to watch it all the time.. and now I watch it more cuz they put it daily and I am seeing episodes I can’t even remember.. !! great TV!!

Random Thoughts

Well.. It is not raining today…(thank God!).. but flurries were reported and I went outside to witness it since my work we have no window. I call it spending the day in a jail cell.. actually.. modern jail cells have windows.. this is more of a mid-evil underground torture cell.. ehm.. anyways.. so yah.. flurries outside and 0 degrees centrigate.. and all of us know that is 32 degrees fernerheit for our fellow americans to comprehend.. so yah.. the weather the past couple of days have been crazy.. so tonight it will also be freezing.. which is awsome.. I LOVE sleeping in the cold.. I can cover and cover and feel all warm and nice.. also I don’t have to really worry about what to wear.. I can just wear any sweater.. pair of pants or thick jeans and jacket.. that’s winter here.. well it is technically fall but the la7sa (vigorous taste ) of winter is showing up a bit early.. I remember it used to snow the end of october (sometimes).. but this year because we had an odd summer we will have an cold long winter.. that’s my prediction for this year! ehm ehm..
