Stress level at its extreme..

Well.. It has gotten to the point where I feel like my head is going to explode. Literally I swear. Last night I just spent it thinking way too much. I could feel my brain cells jump around. 
It’s quite an interesting feeling. I don’t know why I put my self under so much stress and thinking. I think it is because I want so much more of life and I spend half my day thinking of how to get to my crazy goals. I wish I can be happier, but to think of it. No matter where I will be in life, I will never be satisfied because I know I can be in a much better position in life. I think I have that uncontrollable drive to be so successful in life that it is driving me crazy that my brain cells are having a fiesta in my head!

Well, the stess you cause to your self can do you no good.. everyone gets into stress and bad mood, but no one should overdose this feeling and keep on turturing him/herself for long.. what you’ve been thinking of, may be solved in many ways.. maybe you’re just making it bigger that it really is.. maybe u need just to relax.. or just leave it till you calm down and then have clear thoughts about the issues that are making you so stressed.. You may need to talk to a close friend, atht could keep ur talk in secret and can offer u a good help.. Don’t turture yourself.. nothing worths it!!

I’ve an exam tomorrow, and i’ve just finished studying, the course from the electrical engineering department (called control systems), it’s a math course at its worst forms! and I’m deadly stressed and my mind is full of equations.

Wanting to progress and to change is good, but don’t let it stop you living your present day.
