Not all Arab girls are slutty and not one cultural group wins the gold medal on slutty. You will find numerous slutty people in all cultures. Slutty is merely someone expressing a high sex drive by having multiple partners. In some extreme cases, that high sex drive can morph into a sex addiction. What I don’t like is how we deem women as immoral for being promiscuous but men are called studs, patted on the back, and congratulated. Why do we have that double standard?

As for the sleazy looking outfits that some young women wear, I suspect many of those young women are no more promiscuous than their modestly dressed peers. It is sad fact that there are more women than men in this world so the competition for decent men to marry is fierce. Due to this gender imbalance, some young women get carried away and go to extremes to attract male attention by dressing like a hooker on a street corner. Dressing scantily certainly does the job but sends the wrong message that she is cheap and easy. I think young women can feel sexy and look pretty without having to look cheap. It is all matter of choosing the right clothes and makeup, which comes from age and experience. I find that younger women have less experience with this so some end up looking like fashion victims.

lol no Mona. Why? Coz some may be ahem slutty ahem and most others are not. Same with every other culture. Hmmmm, its just more surprising from Middle Eastern cultures, is all, and thus more noticeable. :) (Speaking from the outsider's view of things.)
