I have been tense a lot lately.. for the past 5 days I have been devouring chocalate or any form of sugar like crazy.. I donno why. I don’t even crave it. People think I am depressed or something that is why I been eating it. Then I checked my blood pressure and heart rate today at the drug store. VERY LOW blood pressure but 100 heart beats per minute. So yah. I am loosing it. My blood pressure was like 100/60.. it is too much below normal? I think normal is like 120/80 .. I think. Don’t quote me on that. Maybe I am a walking zombie.. lol But I should eat more chips or pickles or something.. also I have been sleeping a lot lately! Like over 8 hours of sleep a night. By the time is is 9:30 pm I am dead tired! I never ever slept that much. I usually sleep 5 or 6 hours and I feel fresh. Now I just get so tired. Also my motivation level is so low. I just need to move to an island with tropical breeze!!
And yes I complain a lot.. DUH! That’s what I do best!




When I’m tired of doing nothing I insist on sport then usually after 2 weeks everything’s ok
It sounds like you might be suffering from a mild form of depression triggered by stress at work. You certainly have some of the symptoms but don’t take my word for it. I am not a doctor. I think you should see your family physician and have a check up to make your sure your ok physically. You should tell your doctor your symptoms. The doctor will know what to check for.
