Being an Arab
By: Mona
.......................
Being an Arab is the most awsome thing ever! Who agrees..??? Please give me good reasons of why you are proud to be an Arab! Or friends with an Arab.. or just like the Arabic culture.. I am waiting for opinions!

The language, the food, the drama, the humour, the politics, the people, the diversity, the crazy streets, the funny insults (ya gazma WTF!!!!), the double life, the bizarre parents, great music, basbooss, huge families….the list is infinite
i love the double life part.. lol
hmmm this is tough, I guess the drama and the comedy, and yes the wonderful music, some great heritage and umm i dunno lol, i’m not really an arab
Also, did i mention how much i love your theme?
Also, whats your email? i need to ask you a technical question, mail me at bakkouz@gmail.com if possible please
I emailed you Bakkouz..
You got questions.. I sort of have answers.
Why I am friends with Arabs: The dignity with which they endure their calamities. Their honesty, which can admittedly be difficult to handle sometimes. The way I have seen them go the extra mile to offer assistance to those in need. Their sense of humor in the most unexpected of moments. A beautiful, strong group of people, mashaAllah.
Dabkeh!
And wara2 3inab :p
umm .. how about “wasta”?
Being feared and chased in the same time…
And of course the dark eyes and eyebrows :p
good answers.. You guys make me proud to be an Arab!
I am proud to be an Arab because of the Arabs history… the inventions that enlightened the west, the art and culture (specially during Al-Andalus era), the generosity of the Arabs, the hospitality, the hot-temper (how about Da7es wal Ghabra2),… HOWEVER, I am much more proud of my Arab ancestors than the contemporary Arabs, although you can still find some contemporary Arabs who stick to the original values of the Arab people.
salam ahbiba sava ana bari adjawaj ila jant 3andak ararba
The heat, the passion, the weight of history, the conscious ignorance, the laziness, the cheezy smiles, the terribly delicious food, and best of all, the family.
hey, anyone – what does “ja gazma” (or is it ya gazma?) mean?
I think it means literally.. you are a shoe! I guess in the Arab world a shoe is the lowest thing you can be.. since it is close to the ground.. I donno.. anyone else know.. lol
