Yaaay.. London is closed!

By: Mona
.......................

Ontario that is!! We had a huge ass snow storm last night.. woke up this morning at 6 and the radio announcers kept saying.. “everything is closed! .. don’t go outside unless it is a life threatining situation”.. so I look ouside it was about 2 feet of snow!! And nothing was cleaned… They need all day to plow the snow! So yaay.. so it is fun and I took some pics! my camera.. I swear something wrong with it and I have no idea why it is acting up.. so the pics are fuzzy!

Also more pics in the picture gallery!

Lucky you!=) I can’t remember the last time we got dumped 2 feet of snow over night. The rest of Ontario gets snow but we are lucky if we get two inches of the white stuff. We just get the cold and the windchill. :-(

The lack of snow might have to do with the lake effect.

18F? in Atlanta.. wow.. I used to live north a bit in Chattanooga.. and when we had 18 then the schools were delayed or cancelled… and if it snowed like even an inch then everything closes… even if it lasts a week or two! And no.. I don’t shovel! :P
Sapphire.. cool.. I never heard of that area! :S
Queeni.. yaaay.. snow kicks ass!! it’s nice and pretty and white!! :D

You haven’t heard of Durham Region?! It is just east of Toronto. It is not an actual city yet but give it time and some crafty politician will think of a way of combining all the different little towns that make up Durham region into one big super city like Toronto.
