I cannot stand smokers.

2/01/07 @ 8:54 am

no_smoke.jpgWell today I finally got out of the house and went to work. I am still half asleep.. Actually if I lay my head down now on a comfy couch and a nice fluffy pillow I would seriously fall asleep. Anyways.. so I left the house at 7:30 am. It was semi dark. The days are short and the sunrise is very late. Anywho. So I am waiting at the bus stop and those two idiots come and sit right next to me. I swear of all the places in the world that are empty in front of the bus stop, they glue them selves next to me. And they are talking jibbirish. It’s like they are construction workers or something cause they were dressed in that type of clothing. Anyways.. they both took out their cigarettes and started smoking. It is so cold and I was sitting there freezing. And somehow the cold air makes you breath better. No smog, no nothing. Just that cold air. And the SMOKE! I was about to throw up. I never in my life felt sick of smoke. I am so used to everyone around me smoking, but this time it hurt. Not only that.. 3 minutes later another lady came and sat on the other side of me with her friend and I know she smokes. I see her daily at the bus stop… aaah.. I just got up and walked far away. I seriously felt dizzy and about to fall flat on my face.

So for those who smoke. Don’t get near me. I am weak and I have horrible lungs and I cannot stand the smell anymore. I am old and I need fresh air all the time.

I am going back to doze off at my desk. I need coffee! :food2:

Smoke from cigarettes literally makes my lungs feel like they are on fire. I can’t tolerate it at all–eyes start watering, lungs start feeling dry and burnt…aarrgghhhh! I can’t even begin to imagine what its doing to the smoker’s own lungs.

Cigarette smoke bothers me too. A smoker’s breath smells like a dirty old sock. Imagine kissing somebody with breath like that. yuk! :(

can’t stand smokers either! i once had a car accident and had to go to the police station to sign these papers etc… i refused to walk into the police mans office until he put the cig out and opened the window which put him in a serious bad mood.. you would think in a country that bans smoking in public places, police officers would at least enforce the laws themselves!

  19. January 4th, 2007 at 14:49 | #19

yah.. no one ever follows the rules.. blaah..

  20. January 4th, 2007 at 15:58 | #20

I can’t blame you. I cannot stand smoke or smokers, either. I try to keep my distance, but most of my family are smokers. So I tend to use my shirt, pillow, arm, whatever I can use as a filter between myself and the smoke.
