I woke up a few minutes ago to check my email and stuff and I got a post on my site from this person saying the following:

I read it and I laughed. I mean, can people be any more pathetic. I tracked him down and he is from Amsterdam. I didn’t know Arabs there had such an intelligent writing level of English. I mean one sentence is quite a challenge.

I’m going back to sleep. This fan mail is boring. I wish it had a point.

They said what?

Actually I will begin by explaining what sparked this idea to my head. After work I passed by the University to the student’s community center, and there was a display of media propoganda. Well that is what I assumed. For a minute I thought it was Jewish day or something cause I saw bunch of pictures of Rabiis and stuff. To me I don’t care much about politics and stuff. Than one picture caught my eye. So I used my crappy cell phone and my shaky hand and took a picture of this:

I know it is not clear. It is a man wearing a cover on his face. Wearing a beret type hat. Has a pipe in his mouth and wearing a belt around his shoulders filled with bullets. I looked at it and smack it says terrorist in bold red letters? To me I looked and thought dear God they are saying that Palestinians who are defending their land are called terrorist. But looking closer it wasn’t a Palestinian. Or an Arab. I wasn’t even sure where this person is from. I think it is a type of media propaganda. That a man with his face covered is labeled as a terrorist. The reason I had to think about it for a minute is because I looked around the other photos displayed and saw a bunch of pictures of various situations that the media may label as something completely different than it actually is. They do say a picture is worth a 1000 words. But for the media it is their way to sway from the truth and present visual images and explain it to the audience in a negative way in only one word!

So I searched online for the word “Arab Terrorist”. First thing I got was articles about the Isreali-Arab conflict arguing about did occupation start first or terrorism started first that led to occupation? I was like wtf? Terrorism? People who are defending their land and want to die for it are called Terrorist? I was like ok. Media propaganda right there! Then I came to an article about an Iraqi man in an Airport heading to New York who was asked to take off his t-shirt because it had Arabic letters on it saying “We will not be silent” in Arabic and English, and the people boarding the plane were afraid of him. So being an Arab brings people fear?

So you know what.. I will get a t-shirt specially made for me saying:

Angry, They said what?, Whatever!

It’s funny when a complete stranger or for my case the bus driver tells me: “You looked you are just sitting out there contemplating life”. Before I got on I was actually not paying attention the bus has come and just sat there looking the other way for a few seconds till I noticed the bus. When he said that to me I laughed and said, “God it is cold!” He said, “yep!”..

So am I contemplating life too much? Maybe. Maybe I was just too sleeping and looking like I was thinking of something else.. but in reality I was so dozed off in la la land wishing I was sleeping!

Random Thoughts

I was reading Qwaider’s post on the friendship of the opposite sex. He had a few interesting points. Here is my perspective on the situation. I am more direct about this. Girls don’t like guys from first meeting them. They first decide if they can even tolerate the guy and can even be friends with him. If friendship leads to romance, than it might be a well suited match. If the friendship ends up in romance than back to friendship than that will be an unsuccessful relationship and may end up with major emotional problems and friendship will not last long.

So in conclusion, girls don’t like guys from the beginning and have to accept them first as a tolerable friend. If things progress than great. If not, girls tend to be bitchy and just end it right there!

Simple as that.

For me I know that for a fact. I don’t like guys from the begining. I have to tolerate them first. But I think I like the idea of friendship between a guy and girl. It is actually a good thing. Less emotional problems. Less gossip. Spending more time having fun than trying to work out a relationship. Just no strings attached!

Random Thoughts

Aah.. I have been so grumpy and sick lately. I donno what is happening to me. I think I am just in need of serious time off. This is my dilemma eh. I can’t help it. I have never been so stressed.. Well I have been more stressed than this.. but this is a first in a while.

Anyways.. I just need to cheer my self up a bit.. I need something to watch or listen to now. I am not sleepy. I have so much to do and not enough hours of a day. So another late nighter.. aghh..

So I want someone to tell me a joke. Anyone got jokes to tell me? You readers out there.. anything funny to tell me so I can laugh for a bit? That would be fun.

It has been so quiet lately in the blog world. Only few active writers. What has happened to the internet world. Super busy.. aaghh.. I hate this. I need to read something for a bit. Read about how other ppl are not enjoying their time.

I always wondered about this. Do I enjoy reading about how miserable a person’s day was or how great it was. I think I am 50:50. I like to read about both feelings.

So how am I feeling right now?

I feel really weak. My back is hurting from the chair because I didn’t get off of it for the past 3 hours. I feel that my stomach is turning. I just don’t feel well. I think I am coming down with some type of flue. You know flue rhymes with shoe? Maybe I need a new shoe! lol

Aaah spring is coming.. soon summer. I need new shoes. New clothes. Aah I can’t wait I swear.. this has been the gloomiest winter ever. Shoooo winter.. let spring come! I miss the birdies under my window!!
