I was thinking about this, why are some people out there appear so nice and perfectly friendly to you. Yet, behind your back they are the biggest back stabbers and talk shit about you all the time. Why? Simple. They are selfish. They don’t give a shit about you and just want to hide behind the masque. It is ridiculous.
I tried many times to try to see what is behind the masque. To understand people’s real motives. Some people are just too covered. It makes me sick and also afraid of what they might do. I just want to be careful and be aware of people and my surroundings at all times.

it takes me only one look.. look deeply in the person’s eyes and you’ll know it all! Avoid those with icy ones!
I find it hard to read people and even see through their eyes. I think I need better glasses!
If you ever want a career in politics you have to be that way. You have to make people think you care about them and you are their friend when in reality you are only looking out for yourself. If you are not that way you won’t even get elected in the first place. It is unfortunate but that is how the world works. You rise to the top by stepping on other peoples heads.
What you should realize that in the long term it is in your best interest to look out for other peoples best interests. Because over time when you neglect other peoples interest they become resentful. It is these resentful people that are responsible for having violent revolutions and over throwing governments.
I hear ya! So long as all they are doing is talking crap, that’s fine. So long as they are not harming you, there is not much more you can ask for. I have taken a vow to abstain from knowing jerks–1 interaction is enough to know if the person is good for your peace of mind or not!
yep guys.. i agree with you.. it’s not that easy to get close to people.. understanding them is the first step, then trusting them is the second.
Sometimes when people gossip like this perhaps their own lives are left empty, shallow wanting to fulfill it with some zest by creating untrue or backstabbing comments. Happens here all the time where I work and I work for fthe USA federal govt. A LOT of cattiness that goes on. Very unreal! :tatty2.gif:

I think that is what you’ve picked up on. People can be nice and friendly one day and then suddenly “switch” and start bitching, judging, and criticizing u.
