Who or what are u angry at?

Sometimes when people try to block out certain feelings for fear of upsetting others they get terribly anxious and develop “body” symptoms similiar to what you’re describing.

U must be ANGRY at someone or something but don’t want to fully express it.

So like I said who or what are u angry at???
