Plastic Surgery and its Perfection. BS!
I was watching a music show on Arabic satellite. A Lebanese singer was there in this music talk show and she was asked about plastic surgery and her views about it since she was like a mannequin sitting there. She said, “I don’t see anything wrong with perfecting our selves for the camera. However, some women over do it. One time I went to a restaurant and saw three ladies that look exactly the same. It’s like they went to the same plastic surgeon. Now that is wrong. But perfecting our selves, like fixing our nose and using Botox to fill our cheek bones and lips is ok for the camera.”
I was like what the HELL is wrong with Arab women?? Perfect what? God made us perfect! What is perfection? Who judges that? Us or someone else who will be looking at us like we are a piece of fine cut of meat.
God!! When will it all end? The corruption that has bestowed the minds of women. This word. This awful word called “perfection!”

I think having plastic surgery is O.K if it was done to mend a flawed part of the body, like for example if I had a really big or weird looking nose I’d have it fixed, why not?
its just like your hair for example. you brush it you take care of it, you want it to look pretty.
However, having plastic surgery when there’s nothing wrong with you is just plain stupid.

Bakouz.. why you keep saying fix a flaw.. what flaw? God made us look this way. We are unique individuals that look a certain way.. why get these surgeries if we are already perfect in God’s eyes..?
And yes.. having surgery when there is nothing wrong with you is plain stupid.. even if there is “something” wrong no need to change the way God made you!
Bambam.. funny!!! In the Arab world they all want to look like Haifa Wahbe and Nancy Ajram.. lol
I can see getting plastic surgery if a person was in an accident and became disfigured. Who wouldn’t want to try and look like their former self. If I woke up one day and looked like a different person from what I am used to seeing in the mirror I would probably freak. Our looks are some what wrapped up in our own personal identity.
you see.. restoration due to accidents is a different matter. I think that is the reason plastic surgery came into existence.. however to change because you are not comfortable or think this part of your body is not “that great” is stupid.
They do it because they’re insecure.
Plastic surgery (unless you’ve been in a serious accident where your body/face is disfigured or damaged) is lame and pointless.
Those Lebanese singers (e.g. Nancy Agram etc) are so fake. Whatever happened to classy singers like Fairouz back in the day?
I love music by Fairuz..
the reason those new singers do that because their songs are awful and can only grab people’s attention by their fake look.
But what about celebrity plastic surgery? What are they teaching our kids about how to treat our bodies? Check out this blog…

yah.. I know!! they are teaching this generation that body perfection is easily done by plastic surgery.. because their idol celebrities do that!!
