What about fast food? I find McDonalds food takes me all day to digest.
Allaaaaaah! Imagine the combination of these in my tummy! Ya salaaaaam!
Some food that takes longer to digest has its benefits, you stay feeling fuller longer and if you eat more of these eats than you eat less food (protein, olive oil) whereas those that digest rapidly messes with your blood sugar and you get hungrier faster and in the long run end up eating more (potato).
I learned from an old diet of mine (south beach diet) that it’s wise to eat those longer to digest foods for breakfast (protein) and stay away from easier food (fruit) and for dinner the opposite and I generally try to follow that rule cause I get satisfied on less food tha tway!
I like parsley.. lots of it!
