I am still fucken awake and it is 3:30 am. I am so sick of my life… I had a huge migraine all day, and now I can’t sleep worth a damn.. fine.. I give up on sleep.. I give up on everything.. I am sick of everything! And I will not go back to sleeping pills!! I am sick of drugs!

Mona, I’m sorry, it must be just miserable. I will pray for you as I fall asleep, that restful peace (w/o drugs) will be yours soon.
You should really see a doctor to see if there’s something physical going on. Also try sleeping somewhere other than were you usually do; your house or apt may be exposed to high levels of EMF, and you could be sensitive to it.
Not sleeping can lead to dementia, so it’s something you should take seriously. I think it’s troubling that your mother is talking to you about being a millionaire, when good health should be the first priority.
