I am not that good of a teacher!
Oh my Lord. I just finished a job interview for Instructional Designer and lord be hold they hounded me with so many teaching questions. I am a computer nerd who knows how to teach what I know.. but Jeeeeeeez.. OMG..
They kept asking me so many stupid questions. How can you convert professors who use the old conventional ways to use new technologies in their teaching? 
How can you convince those traditional guys to use it?
How can you convince and make sure you can effectively teach those professors?
What methods would you use to teach those professors?
OMG.. on and on. I was like Jeeez. I know technology, and I know how to make others use it for their advantage to save time!
Isn’t that the whole purpose of this job?
My God that was awful. I hate job interviews!! I really hate them. I hate going through this over whelming experience. Oh well. I am stuck at my current job till the last day. No hope for me… No hope to enhance my career and be a leader!

Yikes, those are weird questions! I know how you feel. I am bit nervous at meeting new people too. It would be great if it was an online chat interview and no face-to-face nonsense but they have to meet you in person. Ugh! Employers are always asking weird questions and throwing a person for a loop. I think they are trying to see how well you perform under stress. It sounds to me like you would be teaching a bunch of old geezers new tricks on the computer.
Chicka.. I don’t have problems teaching.. but the questions they asked were more psychological.. and I am a bit wack!

Most of the people I know that teach like to think that there teaching people the right way to do things. I.E “This is the right way to do it, Because this is how I do it.” Kinda like making a bunch of lil mona’s. HMMM Neva mind one mona is plenty. LOL
I can’t imagine the world with more than Mona. It will be a horrible dictatorship.. who wants to rule who? Who can be ruled? omg.. it will be a walking chaos!
