words_pain.jpgAs we grow older, our bodies start to break down. This morning, I forced my self to get out of bed and just go to the gym. I had to go, I felt weak and I needed to do some activity other than walking. My head was killing me and I refused to eat breakfast. So as I got there, 10 minutes in and my legs started hurting very badly. I felt my lower leg and feet are about to break off. I don’t know why, the pain was too much. So I paused a bit, but I couldn’t really stop in the middle of class in front of other people. I was really feeling like just falling on the ground and crying from the pain.

After that I just kept pushing on my legs and stretching my calves to the max. The pain eventually subsided. I just kept thinking of other more important things in my life other than physical pain.

I then decided to walk home instead of getting a ride. I had to go inside the mall and buy a few things anyways, and I just decided it would be better if my feet get accustomed to more rigorous movements.

Nop.

Never walk outside and give your gloves and hat to your sister. Nop. Let her suffer!

As I got home, I decided to sit down and relax. I then felt my throat really hurting me and my body fully aching from the pain. So I went through another fun and exciting coughing phase. The non stop one with 10 seconds intervals! GREAT! It was really a cherry on top of an awful morning!

I am still coughing. It won’t stop. I am just trying to drink water now, and I will go make some tea. My head is also killing me. I hope I don’t get the flue or anything stupid like that. I am just tired of being emotionally sick all the time, physical pain will not make me a pleasure to be around with.

Why don’t you try yoga? It relaxes and builds strengh.

I ADORE yoga as I have a chronic illness and can’t just go to the gym and force myself to work out. So I do short yoga practices at home and it makes me feel great.

Anyway, whatever you choose to do, start with a beginner level. It makes one feel the improvement and enjoy it. Try maybe reading fitsugar.com for some healthy tips.

I hope you feel better soon!

:( Feel better soon. How people find the energy to get up and go to the gym every morning I will never know.. The treadmill in my basement is good enough for me :D

I do some yoga.. I am not really into it that much. I rather dance and do aerobics.

I slept for about 2 hours and woke up with a big headache. Akh.. I am still aching.

Mona what you have is the flu. You get coughing, sore throats, sinus headaches and whole lot of aching with the flu. It is usually also accompanied by fever and chills. The worst thing you can do is work out when you have the flu. You need to stay home and not spread it around, rest and drink plenty of liquids.
