		<description>Mona what you have is the flu.  You get coughing, sore throats, sinus headaches and whole lot of aching with the flu.  It is usually also accompanied by fever and chills.  The worst thing you can do is work out when you have the flu.  You need to stay home and not spread it around, rest and drink plenty of liquids.  :smile:</description>

I ADORE yoga as I have a chronic illness and can&#039;t just go to the gym and force myself to work out. So I do short yoga practices at home and it makes me feel great.

Anyway, whatever you choose to do, start with a beginner level. It makes one feel the improvement and enjoy it. Try maybe reading fitsugar.com for some healthy tips.
