Arab / Domestic Violence

I saw this link for a Jewish movie portraying sexual love of an Arab girl and Jewish boy. They portray Arabs very badly and keep saying, “Arab men beat up their wives.” And shows very violent type Arab fathers. I am like what the hell?
Does the west and other countries still portray Arab men like this? I am not going to say that it doesn’t happen or doesn’t happen anymore. But doesn’t it happen in the West too? Isn’t it called Domestic Violence? Or people don’t classify that as beating up your wife cause only Arabs do that eh?
I think people really need to seriously stop this behavior, Arabs or non Arabs. Stop beating up your wifes or any body. Women are not an object you beat up!
One time I saw this African lady on the bus with bruises all over and a big blue inflated hit on her eye. I am like wtf. People do this here in Canada and the lady is supposed to just go to work like nothing happened? Do men have no respect? Why the hell you got married anyways. So you have a sexual toy you can beat up whenever you please?
Why you men beat up your wifes anyways? She cooks for you. Gives birth to your children. Cleans the crap after you. Seriously, WHY YOU BEAT UP YOUR WOMEN? Aren’t they human beings? Does it make you feel any better knowing your daughter that has the same blood as you floating in her veins having the same fate as her mother?
Seriously stop it. It is disgusting and makes us cringe and wonder why God put us on this earth to accompany you. Are you worth it? I think not and at times I am happy to be not married. This is what most of us fear!

I agree, not about race but the person and there are a lot of domestic violence cases here in the USA. What makes me upset is that I have some friends from other countries who say it doesn’t happen there but the thing I would like to know is their criminal stats count. DO they keep track of that stuff over in their country or is it all hush hush???????????
It isn’t about the person’s race but their ability to deal with stress and HOW they deal with it. I am half Puerto Rican and some people think our men hit our women all the time to keep us in line. I am always like: “WTF?” What planet are YOU from? I hate stereotypes….dealt enough with it growing up. Okay, now I am rambling but I totally get you Mona and you are so right in your views!
