Stop the Holocaust in Gaza!

By: Mona
.......................

Google Buzz

I am sick of it. I can’t even watch the news anymore when children are dying in front of the world’s eyes and no one is stopping it. Why won’t they stop? Why relive a Holocaust again? Aren’t they humans? Aren’t we all? Why do we treat one another like animals. The world is just watching and doing NOTHING!

Haitham Sabbah has on his blog the latest news and videos of what’s going on in Palestine as we speak. So I will be getting most of the pics and news from there. I really can’t stand viewing the videos. Reading about it is heart breaking and makes me really wonder why humans are savage beasts!

Also, in Lebanon, the latest “important” news is that the Saudi Embassy employees and ambassadors have requested to be “rescued” or vacated from Beirut immediately. The American ships are at the ports and that country is completely going to be in ruins soon. That country is at the edge of another civil war or another ATTACK and all the politicians care about is MONEY! And they call Lebanon a Democracy and there has been NO PRESIDENT for 4 MONTHS! People WAKE UP! The middle east is going to be in ruins and stupid people end up saying, “it is because of SYRIA!”

Who do land thieves fear? They fear the rightful owners of the land, they know that those rightful owners will keep coming back until they take back what was stolen from them.

Every breathing rightful owner, be it an infant or an adult is a threat to them, they seek his elimination..they bribe/bully/control others to look the other way..and that only buys them time, only postpone whats inevitable to happen; The fact that justice will take place and what was wrongfully taken, what was stolen by force will be returned to the rightful owners..sooner or later it WILL happen..they know it..the whole world does.

I’m generally sympathetic towards the palestinians but let’s use proper english 54 deaths in 2 days is a serious conflict, if it was 54,000 thats all out war, if it’s 540,000 that is a serious attempts at genocide, 5.4 million that is genocide. this shit isn’t going to stop in are life time. Just live your life as best you can and try not to get sucked into the drama. If you feel like you have to get caught up in this shit, you got 2 choses preach all out war, fuck that political correct shit or promote interfaith communication and peace. I used to get caught up in the Israel vs. Arab conflict, it’s just too draining emotionally and not worth the stress. I aware, not blissfully ignorant… but don’t let the shit bother you too much. You stress yourself enough… don’t.

David why should be relegate ourselves into thinking the conflict will never end? I applaud bloggers like Rebellious for speaking out against the murder of civilians. This talk of a “shoah”/genocide/holocaust came straight from the mouth of an Israeli minister.

There were 56 deaths on Saturday alone, this is not justifiable by any means.

As far as the war ship and the evacuation of civilians, the United States needs to fully understand what it is going to get itself into by sending military forces where they are not wanted.

Some of cannot separate our lives from the issues in the conflict, I have family over there. We have all lost something or someone because of what has gone on, to simply say that we want to live our lives would be irresponsible. We have the ability to speak up and bring attention the the events, it is the least we can do.

David, I have to disagree. You say we should not bother with what’s going on because it is small number of people who are getting killed and we should care if it is over 1/2 a million. That cannot happen in this situation because all of Gaza is 1 million people. So any body killed unjustly and children always being the targets is NOT HUMANE! We should care! It’s my people. I am sorry to tell you this but I am born a Palestenian! Those will ALWAYS be my people and I WILL always feel their pain. So even if ONE Palestenian died is equivalent to 10,000 people!

What is happening is a HOLOCAUST and A GENOCIDE! The western media is not even mentioning it and if they do, they say Israel is targeting Hamas! Instead of us being quiet we should ALL BLOG ABOUT IT! And tell the world the TRUTH!

I understand what your saying Edmond, I get it. It’s not so easy to detach yourself when you have immediate family over there. As for Mona she has less of a link (if i’m wrong Mona I apologize) her connection is mainly for through the blogging community (I assume). Most bloggers or people on this issue never blog with a objective clear mind. It’s always one sided or the other.

I’ve studied this conflict inside/out even to the point of having dinner with the lower middle classes of both palestinians and Israeli’s living in both sides of the conflict. I applaud moderates on both sides, but the reality is they are a minority. Yes the Israeli Defense Minister used the word “shoah” but he was talking out of his ass, If he was serious it would take 1 hour for a Israeli Armored Division to level Gaza. The air strikes are surgical, not mass cluster bombing runs on civy streets. As for Abbas he says the word “Genocide” ’cause he has to seem on par with the feeling on the streets of Rammalah or the dude will be dragged out of office and hung in the streets as a Israeli collaborator. This is what Hamas wants, their not stupid just unwise. They new this was going to happen you do enough rocket attacks and you provoke a response like this, yet there hope is that the Israeli response is something that really is genocidal ’cause then the Arab world would truely be forced to mobilize and attempt to destroy Israel in a pan-Arabic effort. They might succeed but at a massive cost. I don’t mean in the hundreds or thousands or even hundreds of thousands but in the millions.

The Arabs could defeat Israel, probably in a true Pan-arabic effort they could but it will cost them millions of lives. Now I looked at your cartoon on your blogsite cute but well stupid. STUPID because only in a Liberalized world could the concept of a “measured response” to a action of War be talked about or complained about. War is to totally destroy your enemy no half ways or “measured responses”. Dealing with this “shit” on a micro level is redundant and the end result is well whole case of STRESS!!!!

Now I could be wrong I hate saying I’m right and your wrong (I don’t roll that way) but Mona’s Grandparents moved to lovely Canada to get away from that “shit”; I like Mona; she stresses about every day issues in her life she doesn’t need that “shit” too.

I hate debating this “shit” issue ’cause it never ends. You start off debating, then argueing, then insulting, then fighting, then killing. I’ve got no problem killing, but if it doesn’t involve my family or country. I am not going to get involved. That’s me, your situation Edmond is different you can go tribal on some Israeli ass (I respect that) or you can do the really hard thing sit down with a Israeli and make peace on a micro level.

Peace or good luck in your endeavors in War — David

David, you have no right to make assumptions about me or my blog or my heritage. I had family killed and so did everyone. Because I am safe here in Canada after moving to one country to another until Canada granted us citizenship, doesn’t mean I should STOP caring. If you have a problem with Edmund go to his blog and argue. As for me, don’t ever make assumptions because I am just a girl living in Canada!

 (I wrote that last response for Edmond Mona, before I read yours)
Girl your so stuck. :???: ( Your not a regular Palestinian girl you know this.) Your trapped between two worlds. The Palestinian one will drag you down emotionaly, mentally, and enough stress effects a person physically. The Canadian side of you (I’m biased; is your best side) it empowers you, and gives you the liberty to not to get involved. I’m not saying don’t get involved but the consequences are not healthy. Rebellion can be healthy but it can also take people in a direction… wait a minute I was about to say stop with the rebellion, well girl… “To thy own self be true” go nuts; i’ll support you anyways — Peace

 whoaaa! girl you can’t tell a person “don’t make assumptions” that is crazy talk. We all have assumptions right or wrong, you can clarify or educate a person on there perceived assumptions. That’s it, you can’t tell someone don’t assume, everyone assumes. As for that that long ass letter intended for Edmond your right i should have posted on his not yours my bad.

It’s ok.. I just don’t want these poltical arguments on my blog. I am an emotional person and I write out or emotion and to tell the world that things are wrong and we must make a stand. I don’t care about the history or conflicts. What is happening now is what’s important!

It really pisses me to too.

“Todays main headlines: Beckham has his 100th England Cap”
    “Tata to announce Jaguar purchase”

Thats the real headlines… Nothing about the dead in iraq or the 1000+ children missing in England.

I guess its just the way the world turns a blind eye… And we all follow.

There is so much to say about the situation in Palestine and what the jews are doing now to the innocent Palestinian men women and children just reminds me of how volatile human nature really is. Why are people automatically called antisemetic if they speak out against any injustice done by jews? Why are people afraid to see the truth where Israel is concerned? I personally condemn what the Israeli government are now doing in Palestine and Gaza as inhumanity is not the answer and it contradicts the teachings of the jewish faith and the teachings of Islam. Israel and it’s supporters should hang their heads in shame even though that won’t bring back the lives of all those innocent men women and children whose only sin was to be born poor on the wrong side of Israel’s barrier. The jewish people have now become their old enemy. They are treating the Palestinian people as they have been treated over the thousands of years, and for what? giving the jews the most beautiful gift they have ever been given, The state of Israel on the promised land they always dreamt about. I suppose this must be jewish gratitude for being invited to a foreign land and for it’s people to give you a large parcel of land you can finally call home, and what do you do? thank them and start stealing more of their land and flattening their homes leaving innocent families and little innocent babies and children homeless so you can build your new homes where theirs once stood. This is not gratitude this is EVIL and if that makes me antisemetic well so be it. While the irrelivant united nations condemns the jews but don’t really care, while Gordon Brown(primeminister of UK) supports Israeli action and while the Bilderberg group cheers on the jews as they slay defenceless innocent people i will look on and weep at the pain and suffering you cause and i will throw all my shoes at my British government and all other governments worldwide who support Israels actions and if everyone joins me everywhere then maybe the Palestinian people will begin to smile in peace.
PEACE BE UPON THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE.
