I don’t know what I did or even said but I got fudge! I got fudge from my boss at the end of the day, and I was like

So I thought about it and came up with various questions.
Q. What did I do?
A. Nothing productive.
Q. Why did I get fudge?
A. No reason, maybe I am just AWESOME.
Q. Did I share the pure chocolate fudge goodness with other people?
A. No. I don’t share fudge!
Q. How long did it take to get a bite out of it?
A. 27.5 seconds upon receiving it. That’s how long it took me to grab a plastic knife and open the box.
Q. Does my boss think I am awesome for no reason?
A. YES!
Q. Does my boss know my weakness?
A. All humans do! FUDGE!
Q. Are you jealous of me because I got fudge?
A. SUCKER!

pps. she complains about her job? you guys have nooooo idea, this girl has got it GREAT next to a lot fo people (including myself). And today would definately be my day to speak out. I need some feedback on this.
My boss treats me like a third class citizen. He’ll tell me things like “this is why you’re single”, etc etc. Today was the absolute most offensive day I’ve had with him. After being on my feet all day organizing food for an event at my gym (which was something I did as a favour) AND making lots of it as well, my boss tells me as I leave “aren’t you going to clean all the leftover shit?”.
I forgot to tell you guys, I’m a nutritionist. I guess I didn’t read the small print on my work contract “clean the gym after-hours”. Enough said.

Lisa! This “boss” guy has no right to comment on your personal life. As for the gym thing…I would say “expect the unexpected” and let him know your availability for such favours. Lay down the law!

Well, I have been fired from more jobs than I can count, NOW, I am umemployed living in my parent’s attic after 8 years of lviing solo. The best way to get fired is to insult the manager, if you like your manager that would be tough to do :), I personally worked for an arab diplomatic office for 6 months, I went on strike for a month before I walked off the job, THE WHOLE office stunk of dirty dishes and crap laying around the office (which was the reason I was on strike to begin with) I refused to clean up after grownups who should be picking up after themselves! and also they wouldn’t give me the raise I deserved. Sometimes we get depressed becauase we are put in a situation where we are tested on our beliefs and whether we’ll budge on our self respect and dignity and I refused. It feels really good to tell someone to fuck off, to mind their business and really demand what you’re worth, salary office etc, but that sometimes comes at a cost, I only have one reference for work, and a very inconsistent work history? Was I happy, I was that I stood up for my self, but its not fun when you have rent, bills to pay and palces to go and NO paycheck!
I honestly know that if I’m depressed nothing like a good arabic song to pick things up try http://www.salmiya.net to down load all the free arabic music you want, or an arabic movie to make me happy, don’t forget mint tea for free arabic movies try http://www.mazika2day.com and http://www.nasey.net, you download all the new films and even songs they’re lovely. Oh one more site its called http://www.sotwesoora.com or .net, not sure, but free arabic moveis, I’ve been surfing the net A LOT lately. had a couple of job interviews but they’re too far to get to daily, so if you have a job and struggling with your identity and not sure where the hell you’re going, well be thankful at least the next day you can go to work and pass time and get paid
