As we get older we think more about family and time and things/ people ending. I'm 43, maybe about the age of your Mom. As I read your post I was thinking how sad she might be feeling. It's not easy to be so far from home and not see your family, the people you knew when you were young. I moved to another country for a few years too. Maybe your Mom doesn’t want to go alone, Mona.
