I remember when I had ICQ and I never got any local guy (or any American guy at that), just ones from India saying "Can I sex you?" or "can I friend you?" and then come the constant ringing and bugging. Thank goodness there is such thing as an ignore option! Will these guys ever learn? Probably not. As long as we have the internet we have weird men wanting to sex us.
