There has been a constant theme of emails that I have been receiving from my site from guys asking to be my friend. They email me their phone numbers, their email addresses, their fantasies, but dammit, WHY DON’T THEY SEND A PICTURE to complete the introduction.

I need to see who you are! How can I JUDGE you and be SURE that you want to be friends with me? Especially with the phone number thing, I have to be sure you are cute, or I wouldn’t bother to call you collect. Also, don’t forget, since I am so desperate to make anonymous friends (mostly guys) off the internet, then make sure you are good looking. I am not a super model, and I need a hot hot sexy guy to be at my side at all times so my self esteem and image of my self enhances ten fold cause I am walking with such a hot guy. It make me feel good to cuddle only a HOT guy.

Next time, email me a better sentence than saying,

“I want friend you”

“hi xxx from xxx can we be friend?”

“I am somali man and am leav in borway.and I dont have any girl freind.so I want get arab freind thanks”

“I make you friend.”

Yes.. these are one line emails that I have gotten from people wanting to be friends just the past week. I removed any email or phone number. Seriously, what’s wrong with you desperate MEN!

I didn’t include the horrible emails that have sexual contents because my site is not X-rated, but only R!

Random Thoughts

Smack my hands and tell me I am crazy why don’t you? As I was going home today, I got a call on my cell phone from someone. I answered and I said, “hello.” A lady answered back and said, “Hello. Sorry we didn’t stay in touch, are you ok?”

I said, “sorry, who is this?”

She said, “I am Dr. xxxx. The psychologist from campus that saw you back in October. Are you ok? I haven’t heard back from you and you missed your appointments.”

I said, “ah. Oh. Yah sorry. Life got busy you know, and actually went down hill since very early November with my job and life, etc..”

She said, “are you still employed in the same place?”

I said, “yes. Unfortunately.”

She said, “Well, are you ok?”

I said, “No. Not really. I think I turned into a worse person than I ever was. I became this blunt uncaring person. I just say what is on my mind and I don’t care anymore about the consequences.”

She said, “how blunt? It’s ok to express your self and say what is on your mind as long as you are considerate to others. You need to control your rage. I think you need to come in for real for a consolation with me because you seem to take out your rage in an unhealthy manner. This time you have to show up.”

I said, “listen. I missed my appointments the first time because I didn’t want to go anymore. You calling me 7 months after is not going to help anymore and a bit odd.”

She said, “you really need to come in, and you still have vivid signs of denial and depression. Also, are you looking for new work? I think it will help changing your environment completely.”

My tone changed and I became a bit irritated and said, “listen!!!! I have actively been looking for work for the past month. Obviously, I don’t want to be here and I can’t quit. I am stuck. You want to know how to help me. FIND ME A JOB!”

She paused a bit for a few seconds.

She then said, “I will make an appointment for you next week. This time show up.”

She then said bye and hung up.

I was so mad! I couldn’t believe her. What the hell is wrong with people? Can’t they leave me the hell alone!

Screw it.. I am not going.

Angry, Depressed, They said what?

Today I decided to do a few little experiments of my own. Since I started my blog, my controversial ideas has sickened many Arabs. That’s fine. I wasn’t writing for a specific audience to begin with. Anyways, I wanted to be part of the group of Arabs because I am one. I never denied who I am. I state it LOUD and CLEAR!

So what did I do in the past, and I repeated today? There are a few Arab blog networks out there that I don’t mind being a part of. So a couple of years ago when I first started my blog and wanted to enhance its presence online, I tried to join as many networks as I can, especially Arabic ones. I wanted to join itoot and I thought it was an amazing piece of web application that is well made and looks oh so pretty.

So I submitted my site. . . . .

No reply.

I thought it was a fluke the first time. Submitting again . . . Same crap.

I was like huh? Then I submitted it a third time and nothing. Not even a reply of rejection or acceptance. Nothing. Over time I kept checking the site and seeing new blogs added to the site. I tried to dissect their content to see if they were blogs that are only situated in the Arab world, or are they from all over. Most were only situated in the Arab world, but why does the blog submission form have a list of countries from all over the world then?

Later on I chatted briefly at some point with one of the programmers and behind the scene guy of the site. The conversation came up one day while chatting with him that he is one of the guys that were in charge. A few red sparks flew from my ears and I asked him, “why you people didn’t approve my site?” He refused to answer.

So what did I do today? I resubmitted my site again there to see if they are still ass holes and would actually look at my site to see this post and be known that they are the most prejudice bastards on earth. There are MILLIONS of us Arabs all over the world! It’s funny how Arabs are so prejudice against each other but welcome everything else that is not part of them. I hope they read this and know that I am insulting their presence on the internet. My site is far more popular than theirs and I really don’t need to be part of their prejudice community.

I got an email this morning from Brandon about the Apollo 10 conspiracy. I was reading his email and thinking, why is he sending me this? Then I came to a conclusion. My fans want to write articles for me and want me to comment about them. GREAT! I don’t mind. I love it. It saves me time coming up with a topic. :lol: You know I do post a lot of emails that people send me cause they spent the time to talk about something, so why shouldn’t I give them credit for it? So I thought his email is amusing and I love space! I really love astronomy and NASA. Amazing stuff and a lot of bull shit!

He emailed me this because Luna and Mona share a connection. I don’t know what it is!! :lol: Someone explain to me what the connection is? I think I am suffering from a brain fart right now and I have no clue!

I know I sound like a *fanboy* or raving lunatic… but this is insane. So many questions are open… it’s amazing to finally see some actual evidence, some true proof that I’m not insane! lol

And with the 2004 announcement from Bush (I know, lotsa hope there right? ;_;) that we are going back to Luna, who knows what we are gonna do or find…

You know what really amazes me about the whole man on the moon thing, that it is TOO unbelievable for it to happen at that decade. I watched a video of how hard it was just to make a ship to carry people and land them on the moon. The computer they used was crap. A watch it more powerful than what they had. I just think that they announced it and televised it because Americans wanted to beat the Soviet Union to the “moon” before the decade was over. It was a political cold war more than anything.

It cost NASA billions of dollars to get the research under way and construction of the ship. They were so over budget and so many tests were conducted that they failed so many times that they almost gave up. I just think when the 4th quarter of 1968 came they had to spend the rest of the money to make a believable movie and televise it. I think now they should easily go to the moon. However, the whole Mars thing confuses me of why NASA and the US care enough to find if “life” can survive on Mars. We as humans are NOT meant to live anywhere else but earth. This is our home! We are not some Star Trek specie that can permeate the universe. We are NOT that advanced! I doubt we ever will be either.

Random Thoughts, They said what?

You might wonder what the picture is supposed to symbolize and why my life is circular. I have decided to draw out the above picture for various reasons and to illustrate my life. My life has 3 points. Point A, which is my realm of reality. Point B, which is my idealistic world, and the inner loop of AB that just wants to dance with the other circle and say, “I am here to play around with your life and make sure that points A and B are always going back and forth and really don’t mean anything!” Hence, that’s why points AB are fucking annoying.

That’s my life. A huge circle within another circle that goes back to the same points. Round and round they go.

Why am I talking about circles and points? Do I have a point? Actually, I am a bit frustrated at how people perceive me through my blog and real life. That’s my real point and this situation got really annoying. It’s funny the difference between the two groups of people. People who know me in real life, and read my blog for pure entertainment and they KNOW who the real Mona is. And there is the other group of people who think they know me by making judgments about me through my blog, and they want to relate what I say on my blog to my real life. There are these points A and B, and the intermixing of both points that really have no end. It is just a messed up thing.

I am just really sick of it. I decided from now on that I WILL NOT tell people about my site. I mean NEVER EVER until they know me. I know I am being a hypocrite about this since my best friend has really met me through this blog. However, this is what happened. She found my blog, and read it for a bit, and saw some posts that related to her life and she lived in the same city as me and I was able to easily meet up with her. So she emailed me and said, ‘YOU WANT TO MEET UP TOMORROW!!?” I said, “sure.. why not.” I didn’t even chat with her, nothing. Just got her phone number and met up with her for lunch. After that, we just started hanging out and knowing one another as friends, and NEVER had this problem with my blog effecting her judgment of me. Same goes for some other people that know me first, and one day out of the blue I gave them my blog link, and they just read it for entertainment purposes, and know who I really am. They don’t judge because they know who I am.

Then you got the people from point B that seriously don’t know me in real life and think my BLOG is the answer. What I write on my blog is MY opinions about certain matters, and life situations that piss me off or amuse me. It’s my only place to vent! I have a tortured soul that needs to be relieved from reality. And reality sucks! So I write. What I write about my self is my inner soul speaking just to relieve stress. If one day I say, “omg.. I feel like shooting my self…” DOES NOT MEAN I WOULD EVER DO IT! We all vent. That’s what I don’t understand. Why CAN’T I VENT without being judged! That’s what I don’t understand at all. People think I am crazy or suicidal or just plain lonely. I don’t understand why people think I am this poor soul. Is it because I am the only PERSON who dares talk publicly about what is going on in my head? You people think I am the only one. NO! Believe me, I have met the most messed up people that seriously need a blog and they would be FAMOUS just from writing about 10% of their life. Their life is crazy and unbelievable that they make me look so lame.

So really people from the other realm.. get a grip. Seriously! You don’t know me. I am not easy to figure out. People either HATE me or LOVE me, and it is NOT from my site. Only 5 people in my real life know about my blog, and I prefer to keep it that way, and NOT ONE day did they ever make a judgment about me. They don’t need to, they know who I am. This blog is only 10% of what goes on in my head and life. That’s all.

Does anyone else have this problem as a blogger? This circular mayhem!
