I need help. :(

.......................
My head is pounding, and I promise this is going to be a short post because I lack the ability to think straight.
The only reason I get a headache is because I think too much. I think way beyond the need for an average person to think. Try walking around or sitting in your office or just sitting trying to watch tv and just feeling a constant bang or a hammer pounding on your head.
I just don’t want to think anymore and just live life normally again.

This might sound trite but you really should talk to someone if the over-thinking is taking over your life.
I know.. but I also need to relax.. spend some quiet relaxing time.
well what do you think *about* ???
everything… life.
Is there any way you could take a short vacation?
So get a paper journal and record everything. You never know, you might be right about some of the things you think about, and they may help others learn something… turn it into a book and publish it via web.
Its helped me loads. Now everything I use to think about constantly is on paper and new stuff emerges everyday. But I find awesomeness in constant thought and daydreaming, you might not?
No.. daydreaming and constant thoughts are the reason I am like this today.
Have you tried plurking?
I checked it out, and I wasn’t impressed. I am sticking to Twitter.
Get involved in sports. I know that sounds weird but instead of trying to shut your brain off how about having your brain focus on something other than yourself. There is probably a women’s hockey, soccer or baseball team in your area that would gladly have you on their team. Even join a bowling team might be fun. Anything involving socializing and moving around is good. Sports is good outlet for agression and pent up frustration. Why do you think guys like it so much. :spin:
My husband overthinks… and at times it can be very overwhelming for both of us. Once his brain goes into overdrive, he can’t sleep or do much of anything.
I eventually told him that he does it because he has so many unresolved things and it just clusters up his brain. So now, he takes his time, and actually follows things through so that he doesn’t become overwhelmed later on by it… plus we now do other things besides sitting at home in front of a computer and working. It really has helped A LOT!
I hope you get to feeling better soon
I think way too much as well, maybe you are are over active or have a high Metabolism like me not that it’s a bad thing, I don’t know… if that’s a answer : just channel energy in to good things.
I like this idea of you writing your own book, it would do great, I would buy a copy copies.
If you ever need help publishing a book let me know, that’s what I do on the side besides all this blogging.
I have the cheapest plan in all of north America and do more then what they do. You can have a bounded book with colour cover for under 800 easy and it goes even cheaper after the first run.
Take care Mona..you have lovely blog, hugs for Squibby i know much about headache too
Thanks.
All you need is hobby. Sport (aikido) helps me to relax, for example.
Everything will be ok!
