Counting sheeps will not work

I have not been sleeping well at all the past 3 or 4 weeks. It got worse this week with my less than 3 hours of sleep. That’s why I have been so alert and just want to continue doing something all day. My brain is just functioning all the time! No stopping it what so ever. I am no longer lazy!

Sleep deprivation, will it eventually kill me?

I thought you were sleeping better since you quit your job. Have you ever thought of going to a sleep specialist about your sleep problem? It is worth a try. There is a sleep clinic in my town. It wouldn’t exist if there werenâ€™t many people with sleep problems. Here is the address for a sleep clinic in your area. I would seriously think about it. Sleep deprivation can age you and affect you health negatively.

lool.. you are hilarious! Thanks for the numbers.. I want to sleep tonight well! I don’t know how.. but I will start by going to be early since I feel sleepy now. If I wait any longer, I will loose that sleep and stay up for no reason!
