this might sounds harsh….. what would you think of a rapist. doesn’t he deserves death ?! …. here is the analogy. immoral TV stations according to this judge references are ones showing nearly naked girls in music video, and thanks to western culture, Arabic copies of MTV are not the new kid in town any more in the Arab world …… now, to this judge and many people in the world (including non-Muslims), who are abusing woman (regardless of their willingness )in this way, are next thing to rapists and this is a world wide movement the last time I checked (abusing woman for money, literally)

Now there is an Islamic law opinion regarding those type of people (mofsedon fel aradh) putting them together with bandits…. this judge was answering a question about this law from the Islamic law point of view and was referring to Muslim satellite channels owners of whom this law would apply to (more like discussed) if one would raise a lawsuit against any of them, it’s not like he was charging people to kill satellite channels owners on the spot, he is a judge and was asked about his professional opinion. People wanted something to write about and some (like you) was caught by stereotypes and didn’t like what the supposedly neutral media had to reflect. I am not defending him, in fact I hated how he put it.

قرأت كتاباتك , لكن اعتقد ان الشيخ الليحدان محـق والسبب ان هذه القنوات تعدت الخطوط الحمراء والتي جميعنا نعرفها كبشر اما ان يعاملنا اصحاب هذه القنوات على اننا حيوانات فقط نركض وراء شهواتنا فهذا ليس مقبولاً
