Mind boggling statistics

Haha that’s quite funny because I did exactly the same. I am the same height as you, and I was wondering if I was tall (since only about 1 of my friends is taller than me, and she is over 6 foot). Can’t believe that the average height of women is so short! But doesn’t it make you feel slightly good to be able to call yourself ‘tall’?

I would definitely say 5’7″ is tall for a female.

I use to say I wouldn’t date a girl over 5’3″. haha.

My girlfriend is actually 5’7″ though, so yes I would go out with a tall girl.

It’d be a bit weird dating a girl a lot taller than me, but you’re still shorter than the vast majority of guys. I would never call you tall. The Wikipedia average female height seems really low. Maybe there were a few hobbits in there messing up the sample.

I guess I’m pretty tall for a girl then, I’m 5’10″. but I come from a tall family my father is 6’5″, brother 6’7″ and mom 5’7″

Those are very weird numbers… the stats don’t have Egypt in them, but I’m 5’12″ and I’m definitely not the tallest amongst males of my age in here… not even close to being the tallest :S

lol mashalla most of u here are really tall . im a 160 but i really dont consider myself short since most girls in the uae are average height, its really rare seeing a tall girl

5′ 10″, although I certainly don’t feel like it.

I am 176 cm, I dont mind being that tall but I hate that when I am going to a business meeting I have to wear low heals becaue my boss and my colleagues are much shorter and i would look odd!

My wife is a shorty but I’ve never really given much thought to it … I’ve dated girls taller than me – although obviously this was years ago …

I’m a 5’5″ female without heels. Average female height in US is 5’4″, so I consider myself of average height for a female.

I would say 5’7″ would be considered tall (for female)

I’m 5’9″ without heels and that’s about average for my family. Averages are strange. My fiance is a whole head taller than everyone else in his immediate family (6’2″)

I’m 5’11″, married to a woman who is 5’5″, whose brother’s wife is 4’9″ (yes, 4’9″!). They just had a baby who (last I knew) is 22″.

Those are pretty much all the stats I have at my fingertips. Hope this helps…

183cm, avg height statistics can vary based on ethnicity. Were you in a Japanese neighborhood ?

I’m 6?2? , 189cm, I’ve always been among the tallest, and I have no problems with that at all, actually feels good

When time comes for marriage height will not be an important issue, although I prefer a tall girl .

Mona you should feel special being tall. just remember though that it honestly doesnt matter how tall we are because when we are in sujud we are all the same height to the exalted one…
