Many of us would start pointing fingers at which religious or cultural group Bonnie belongs to. I would go for Zionist, Israeli, White Trash, KKK, etc. However, if we just judged based on intelligence and the person as a whole, and not be too general in making the final decision, I would say she is dumber than an ape. No, I should not be too generous in giving her that much mental intelligence. I would say, dumber than a gorilla.
