A person bugging you to look for work will only make you more stubborn and dig in you heels and not look for work. There is nothing wrong with taking some time off to find yourself as long as it is productive time and it is not spent aimlessly sitting watching television or surfing the web all day. You should get out volunteer at different organizations and try new activities to see if you like doing it. You never know what you might stumble across that you really like and could turn it into a career down the line. Now is the time when you are young and can afford to do it. Not many people have the luxury of finding themselves. They have to worry about pesky little things like rent and food. You will look for work when you are good and ready.
