Cyndi Lauper was an icon in the 80’s and for all this new generation’s crazy attire. Hmm, so she has a new Album that will contain mashups from her old songs. Awesome! You know I have an obsession with all retro songs, especially Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.

It brings back memories of me and my little friends going to preteen dances where they would play Girls just wanna have fun. We didn’t pay much attention to the lyrics. We just liked bouncing around to the beat of the song. I don’t care much for the mash up. Give me Girls just wanna have fun straight up!
