I wonder

I wonder how it feels to talk to someone. Like really talk to someone and them listening to you. I don’t think anyone has ever done that for me before..

I think listening is a skill that you really have to be conscious about. I always catch myself thinking about what I am going to say next many times instead of really listening. This is something that takes mindfulness from both parts.
I’ll listen with pleasure, that’s what I do most of the time with friends anyway. So if you feel like talking, although I am a stranger to you then I am here to listen
.
Good friends would be the ones who would sit there, hours on end, with unconditional time for you.
A psychiatrist is the other alternative
Friends aren’t always there to listen, sometimes they get caught up in their own things. But you can usually count on family to listen.
I count on my friend than family
sometimes people only wait for their turn to talk…i find myself doing this when the talk is boring, but when its interesting i always listen with an open ear. its good you have this site or your heartfelt words would never be known.
I agree. I didn’t have this feeling for a long time. When I found a friend who could really listen to me, it was the greatest thing ever. He helped me so much.
Most people have shitty listening skills.
If you ever find someone who listens, don’t ever let them go, they are rare. I miss reading your blogs, it’s been over a week since I’ve been online.
