A way to relieve stress

For the past three days, all I have been doing is spending more time to my self. I have been doing the one thing I am extremely good at in my life and enjoying it, yep, drawing. I won numerous awards when I was in highschool, and I used my art skills and transferred them to digital art. However, I feel that nothing beats a pencil, a drawing pad, and black chalk.
I have some sketchpads, and I am trying to to keep each one to have its own theme. This one I am working on is only for animals. All I can say is thank God for Flickr. I just browse through it and draw whatever animal that pops up that looks cute.

These are cool, I love how boldly they’re outlined. The penguin is just too cute! You should add pet portraits to your shop section. woow.. that’s such a cute cat!! But I doubt anyone will buy my art work through my site. I heard Etsy is pretty cool, but I want to draw for my self first.

I will try to draw a collection before posting them. I have not drawn anything yet today.. I need to get into the groove of things first. lol But I will inshallah.. it usually takes me max 2 hours to draw one completely.
wow girl you are an amazing artist, you should drew some more great iamges like that and show them to some proffesional people and them we may hear Mona famous artist who is also a Rebellious Arab Girl.
You should sketch a chicken sandwhich, that’s sort of like an animal.

I really love to draw too…and actually just posted some of my sketches on my blog too. I think you’re really good. I also prefer pencil! I love realism and think nothing beats a pencil. I think I would love to see you draw an elephant. The wrinkles make it much more difficult to draw but that much more rewarding when you’re finished.

Oh man.. elephants! I don’t know about that. In my ex-job, for the game I was making, I had to draw elephants. I did it digitally though. Maybe with pencil it will be a lot easier and more dramatic. We will see. That’s definitely an option! I am still routing for the next drawing to be peacock!

mmm we have something in common. I used to draw a lot too when I was younger but my sketch books are collecting dust right now. You have motivated me a bit to draw. I like horses they are gentle and intelligent creatures. I think you should draw a horse.
