All the clothing is the tight figure hugging variety. You couple this with many women's tendency to buy clothing on the smaller size because they want to boost their ego by buying a size smaller then what they are and you have a recipe for not too flattering a fit. Now on the streets ppl wear no belt w/ very baggy pants. These sag down to knees and show their underwear. This is a sign of greatness in some places, but I was brought up to despise criminals b/c they set a bad example. Also, for me, showing underwear was embarassing and ppl were mocked for it. I have spoken to some women who say buying a good fitting pair of pants is also difficult as they all show off underwear. I am not an arbitor of taste, but I don't know why this is necessary to show off underwear in public. Sorry for rant.
