Just don't put yourself down so much, and think that it's all doom and gloom. Plus, you don't have to do things for responsibilities/duties sake, try out something for yourself. Like an arts or a guitar class, or whatever that you always wanted to try but felt you couldn't/shouldn't (like because you are girl lol). Something to look forward to and get out of the house. I think it's being at home all the time that can get to us sometimes, been there done that. Hope you feel better soon, ya helwa. You have quite a big fan base, who only want to see you succeed and be happy. Who cares about the ill wishers. P.S.
