She likes to strip
Last Thursday evening, before we headed to Vancouver the next morning, we decided to go to the beach at a Regional public park. The only reason people swim here because of the view of the mountains.

Before we took a dip in the lake, we barbecued. I don’t eat meat, except for shrimp sometimes. So, feeding me here has become a challenge for my brother, but great for me! Hehe. At restaurants I am so picky, and the waitresses say, “yes, we make sure our sauces and food are made for vegetarians with no animal products.” Awesome eh? I love being picky!
Anyways, while we were cooking the food over the coal BBQ, my niece kept wanting to strip off her bikini underwear part. The bikini was too big on her, and she is very skinny and tall for her age. She is almost at the tallest mark for children her age. She is gonna be a tall girl like me!
Yay! Anyways, she stripped about 3 or 4 times because she couldn’t run around properly. She hated it, and she kept getting smacked on her hands for doing so. Unfortunately, she is the most stubborn child and didn’t care.

Moreover, the beach was all rocks and sea weeds under. I didn’t like swimming in it because it hurt the bottom of my feet. It was annoying and I just kept floating. However, I wouldn’t have traded the view and the clean water for anything else. It was amazing!

Oh wow. This post makes me want to visit our two big Southern California lakes!

I haven’t been in years, and I’m just realizing now how much I miss that.
We don’t often have clouds like that bottom pic here in Southern California, though! Also, I bet our lakes are a lot more crowded. Good thing it takes a couple hours driving through the mountains to get to them from LA or they’d probably be ruined by now.
@Craig
Wow, nice views too! I think living next to a gorgeous lake is a lot better and more relaxing!
Enjoy your time and go to the lake man.
It must be freezing in those northern lakes! I am in NYS, and it’s cold here.
P.S. Tell your sister that it’s great being an American.
Not all of us are like the idiots on TV or in Washington… lol.
@Rebecca
believe me.. it is hot here. it is weird. It goes past 80F here every day. It gets cold at night though in the low 70’s or 60’s.
I know what you mean about the rocky beaches… I hate them with a passion. I can’t swim in them. This one time, my feet touched seaweed and i freaked out because I hate them too and then after a moment of I-can’t-swim-panic-attack, my feet touched rocks and another panic attack and then i realised I cut my foot on the rocks… never again!! Ugh! Next time, I’m wearing those ugly crocks … i swear!
That’s my little rant to you.
you are a vegetarian?!?!?!?!
@Ahmed Masri
yes.. so what?
That’s really neat! I can’t believe it’s July here and we have not yet experienced our first *really* sweltering day. What a weird summer. I enjoy your photos.
@Mona
It’s very unusual.. Arabs usually love their lamb.
@Rebecca
believe me.. your not missing much! lol
@Ahmed Masri
lool.. I used to be obsessed with lamb.. but I used to get sick from eating meat a lot.. my stomch couldn’t handle it.. and not everytime it is cooked properly, and I got tired of risking it.. so I quit eating meat last November!
@Mona
Last November? So it hasn’t been a year yet. Perhaps there is a chance to bring you back to a delicious plate of steamed lamb leg marinated with parsely, pepper, and lemon, and cooked with potatoes and onions, with a side of greek salad, pita bread, and humous (with little pieces of meat of course).
nah.. I’m just glad you are a vegetarian for health reasons.. not because you think cows are too cute to cut up.
@Ahmed Masri
I remember a comedian or was it The Simpons or some funny show that said, “I only eat ugly animals!”
@Mona
Hahahaha.. couldn’t have said it better myself.
