I can’t wait!
Oh my God! I can’t wait to go home!
I am bored to death now from being here. I guess I over extended my vacation, and that’s it, I had enough. I want to go back to my house! To my room. To my blog office! I miss my OFFICE! I want to go back and do some work! I cannot for the life of me create a website properly here with this tiny screen. I also miss my turtle Squibby. 
I miss my office. I wonder how many updates I have to do on my computer! 
You know what else I miss the most? SLEEPING ON A REAL BED! I am tired of sleeping on this couch and being awaken by a little rug rat at 7:30 am!!!

Also, I got so many people sending me links to very interesting articles on the internet, and want me to comment about the subject or give my take on them. Oh my! I will try to soon!
I just can’t wait to go back home next Friday, and go back to my total un-satisfaction of my Arab life and my nagging but lovely mother. Oh I miss my mother! She is the reason my blog is popular! I miss MOMMY!
Yesterday, my mother was talking about some people who got engaged or married, blah blah on the phone with me, then she said, “A girl or guy should go find their other half. No one should intervene. It takes a lot of wit and savvy maneuvers to do so. Not like you MONA!”
Do you guys want to know what my reaction was, or do you guys wish I was in front of her face to face when she said that instead? It would have definitely been a huge scene!
Who ever wants to get married in this day and age, in this horrible economy to a generation X-er who doesn’t know what she wants from life except to be left alone to figure things out, then drop me a line. I will introduce you to my mother. She will change your mind right away!

Squibby? That’s your turtle? The one you had in your twitpics? What happened to your twitpics by the way!? I had a baby snapping turtle I put in my fishtank a while back, but that didn’t end well after he ate all my african cichlids. He didn’t have a name, though. If I could retroactively name him, I think it would be “expensive-fish eating bastard”.

Hahaha.. no tragedy here. Although in Arab families, it does happen. A lot of parents intervene and not allow the guy and girl marry. I don’t think it goes down to suicide though.

Ah, I don’t see your album anymore, but I’m probably doing something wrong… I don’t even know how to use twitter. It’s on my “to-do” list along with all the other stuff I’m never going to do, like learning “internet” development stuff
So, you think your mom is going to talk a lot of smack about you to prospects!? She won’t! Not on purpose anyway! But if there are any baby pics of you with mashed potatoes in your hair I suggest you get rid of them! I had that happen once. Mom’s have no sense about what’s cute!
Unfortunately, my turtle is an ex-turtle now! I put him in the fish pond in the back yard after the incident, and I think the raccoons got him. Karmic justice, maybe. That’s what I tell myself, anyway.
This vacation was good for you. It gave you a change of scenery. It was something I think you needed and was long over due. You will feel great when you get back home. You will probably kiss your bed.
Could have not said it better myself. Bravo 3alkee, wa istreehe. You need a vacation and btw, stubborness is very common in Arab culture esp amongst mothers hehe
