Blog makeovers are always fun!
I have to bring up one thing before I ask everyone how they like the new blog re-design, and this is more of a rant than anything.
YOU EMPLOYERS OUT THERE! I MADE AN ENTIRE NEW TEMPLATE IN 2 DAYS! YOU DON’T WANT TO HIRE ME, THEN FINE! I WILL KEEP THE SKILLS TO MY SELF! IT IS YOUR LOSS!
Phew!!! Got that off my chest. So, I added a few more things, and I will be adding more stuff in the coming days. This is Beta version of my new template. I added lots of cool things that you may have noticed:
Featured Post
I added a featured post glider on my main page. I will be featuring old and new posts that I love and I want to keep alive. It is more of a way for new visitors to know more about me, and the various subjects that I write about.
Help
I added a more helpful way to subscribe to my site for those that are not aware of the various methods. You can see the help icon 
at the top right corner next to the subscription area. If you click on it, it will take you to a subscription help page with in depth detail of various methods to subscribe to my site.
Advertisement
I am accepting new graphical ads to my sponsors area. Click here for more information of methods to advertise on my site. If you want to feature your blog/site on my sidebar, then it is $5.00 a week. Not bad eh for 100′s of visitors a day to look at it?
Also, I am no longer accepting link exchange. If you want to advertise your site on my blog, then you can do it with either Entrecard Card Exchange, or $10.00 or $15.00 a month. Check advertisement page for more details.

Yah well, maybe I am not meant to be hired anymore, and just hire my self. I am gonna dedicate 100% of my time from now on to do online work and start something big. I am tired of “job hunting,” and sitting in an interview “trying” to be fake. I can’t do it. Not me!

Oh and I believe you were ranting about people not using their real names a while back if I’m correct. The reason I go by my ‘made up’ name is because it let’s me feel like who I want to be, instead of being confined to who I am.

Mona, don’t stop looking. The economy blows right now but sometimes that can be a good thing as employers are a lot more careful about who they hire! You’re good, so all you have to figure out is how to communicate that in the interviews! Keep at it, you’ll get the job you want sooner or later. Glad you are finding other ways to use your talents productively in the meantime, though
For a moment I thought I hit the wrong link and ended up somewhere else. I love the new layout, its amazing. Those companies don’t know what they are missing.

lmao, wallah when i came to your page i thought i stumbled on a diffrent page, i had to check the url twice! Wow mona this might take a while to get used to, but its like amazing, you did this in two days ? Ive been trying to figure out templates for 2 months. Its safe to say, this brought out the rebellious side.So excuse me while i check out the rest of the page. Inshallah some person hires you, with talent like this it shouldnt be put to waste.
