I think you may be using the term “Only with Arabs” very loosely. Like, what gives you the idea this kind of stuff only happens with Arabs? You’d be surprised (or not surprised?) how many people tend to be critical towards their own people.

Fratz on the new job, by the way! I’m so far behind on your news! New job, but also one you like!? It doesn’t get any better than that! I personally like working for small companies. Sometimes the pay isn’t as good but the better work environment almost always makes up for that.
