What’s worse?

By: Mona
.......................

Google Buzz

All I can say, who ever wants to work with me in real life has to realize that I am so used to working with men, that I try so hard to not let my female hormones cloud my judgments. I am not saying women are not hard workers or can’t think straight. It is just women’s way of approaching things is way different. Thank God I am a programmer, and I work around guys who only talk about video games and movies. Cause if the conversation gets deeper than that, then I start blocking everything around me, and crank up the high beat dance music and ignore any pointless yapping.

Neither… because there is no difference to me regarding which gender I work with because its the same… as long as they have very good interpersonal communication skills I have no problem with them… so yeah… but been an individualistic person I prefer to work on my own… I’d rather be my own boss and not have anyone supervise me.

I voted neither, infact I always dream I work with female hot models. I don’t mind their brain all I need is some fun during office hours hahaha.

Because of the way they talk, weird inflection, plus, I do not know if it is just their tone or if they are normally whiny, but their whininess drives me up the wall, everytime.

I voted neither.. everyone has his own way of communication and people skills regardless of their genres.. however, because we are different, the way we deal & talk to each others could be different..

but, working for female manager, well that could a bit harder than a male manager.. because “men” are simply better managers IMO and less prone to mood swings..

I said women, not because it was completely bad working with them in the past, its just with I never had as much in common with them to talk about than I did when working with men. there were a couple of women who were fun to work with, but they acted more like guys than your typical girl.

Totally shy of men, I would be self concious. I would always think “I wonder if they think I’m good looking? Should I cover up more? Are they interested?” Weird things a girl usually thinks, besides its not that fun compared to women where they understand you more. But hey I love a mix.

lol i got a weird captcha “housing kuwaitis”

I picked working with men, not that I have anything against men in general, but I do against some men in my workplace. I work for the government where immature, blocked mentalities highly prevail, especially those belonging to men, they’re either too bureaucratic to listen to your views or too flirtatious to make you feel comfortable talking to them.

I voted for women. It’s just because I noticed that in all the places where I worked all the women are super dramatic or involved in some weird random drama shit. And I am the type of person who doesn’t want drama in her life (Yeah, it’s weird, I’m arab and a woman and I hate drama.. I must be broken). Not to say I don’t enjoy working with them. It’s just the drama part I hate.

Voted Women; they bring up their ‘inferior and delicate/priority Gender’ card when they lack in something but want to achieve e.g. promotion, vacations, especially with Muslim working women.

Wtf? You(Women) fucking need priority in every god damn thing? Whether it be a unisex line to get a movie ticket or derserve an extra soft corner by the manager to grant vacations in the middle of the project?

On the contrary, women eat everybody’s brain up arguing, Oh’ MEN & WOMEN are EQUAL, We need our RIGHTs! And all that crap & shit loads of pointless argumentation especially with their husbands and partners!! Because when it comes to competition; they lack emotionally, capacity and stamina wise. (this opinion is based mostly on IT industry). Women can’t code and yes web/html/css/etc is not coding and Mona darling; don’t even dare calling it ‘programming’ or googling code to get going. I mean real time application dev. which is the core and not referring to writing insert/update/try/catch for an HR/Attendance system. Even a 10th grader can do that after 6 months of trg.

Women can only be utilized (in the best possible way) in Sales & Marketing (for selling that is; they have practised the oldest profession of the world and nonone’s is more experienced then them in that profession, i.e. SELLING).

However,…WOMEN are SUPERIOR than Men in practice! Specially in the corporate world. I have in my experience have observed women being treated far better than men in different MNC’s (EU or American) mostly… their mistakes are ignored!!! Had that particular oversight been made by a guy (they would be kicked in the butt by ‘corporate hounds’ and threatened to be fired in the second instance [Quote:Mona].

Real Example (1/100). I have seen a British national girl (muslim too) joining in one of the top fortune 100 group co.(German Co.) and plotting her own boss(a non-Brit muslim) in 6 months time and get him fired to get HIS seat; the very boss’s seat!

How?, by 24×7 bitching/back-stabbing and sucking up her director(Brit & White) by bypassing her boss(non-Brit) secretly} and also because she used to take His (Director’s wife) shopping every weekend and used to suck up to her as well not just his Director, she even fucking wrongly quoted her immediate boss sexually harassing her, i.e. he once used the word ‘fuck’, publicly in a meeting; which he never did).

I HATE having women in the team that I work in. They misuse their gender to their evil benefits & even not shying from whorely flirting @ workplace.

PS. Pls excuse my English, I ain’t Shakespeare nor English is my native language nor am I ’somebody’ greater or superior than anyone SPECIALLY vis-a-vis Mona darling nor do I represent any school of thought/nationality/religion. I’m nobody and i ain’t good at anything and I’m a loser. *this is to save most of you accusing me, I already accept it! happy morons? :) otherwise throw shit on me as much as you want in the leadership of mona darling. sil vous plais. I never did mind nor will I do in future.

I said both but it could be neither as well. Both genders have stereotypical problems that come out in the workforce that can make things difficult. But at the same time, anyone thinking the stereotype is true is causing problems as well.

First of all we all should be thankful that women have a different approach to doing and resolving things. Otherwise, it would be a very boring work place. I voted neither, because I never had problems with either. Every person is different and needs to be approached in a unique way. There is no single approach to dealing with people.

The problems with working with women are :
    A) Too emotional
    B) Bring non-work related problems to work which affects their performance
    C) Too bitchy and gossipy (Really that needs to stop. What a disgrace!)

The problems with working with men are :
    A) Dont like a female being a lead in a group even if you are better
    B) Ego may get in the way of simple thnigs
    C) Get attracted to you easily, get distracted by sexual stuff easily

Lovestinks..Some women are equal, not ALL women are equal. And its been that way since the beginning of time, some women have what it takes, others dont. x

I’ve had so many different types of jobs, but seriously when it comes down to it I never have dealt with much work drama or gossip. i guess what goes around comes around in that instance. I have had only one boss that was female and it was tough trying to please her with all the little nitpickings, albeit was always fresh to see them smile because it was so hard to make em smile.

    @Mais

I dunno about that “some women have what it takes and other don’t”
    :x
they basically have all of time to prove themselves to someone, so I think all women have what it takes.
Its like putting a hamster in a cage and trying to tell him not to run on the wheel…wtf it was MEANT to run on the wheel gosh darnit.

    @LoveStinks2

does diarrhea always spew from your mouth?

Hey Brian, what you said was very sweet. What I meant was that although on a basic level everyone is ”equal”, scientifically speaking, some women are just smarter and have better survival skills than others =) xx

Maybe because I spent my younger years in the military surrounded mostly by guys but working around women can at times be tedious…there’s the office gossip which I cannot stand and the yapping. I don’t mind conversing and all but there is also a point when work has to be done.
