I mean real time application dev. which is the core and not referring to writing insert/update/try/catch for an HR/Attendance system. Even a 10th grader can do that after 6 months of trg. Women can only be utilized (in the best possible way) in Sales & Marketing (for selling that is; they have practised the oldest profession of the world and nonone's is more experienced then them in that profession, i.e. SELLING). However,...WOMEN are SUPERIOR than Men in practice! Specially in the corporate world. I have in my experience have observed women being treated far better than men in different MNC's (EU or American) mostly... their mistakes are ignored!!!
