It´s not a cultural thing only, it´s a feminist issue mostly in my view since I can relate to most things you´re writing and I don´t live in an arab muslim society. This is also something Im trying to accept, that im the od woman out since I am opinionated, it gives me no space, no way to travel into the future.. In my experience, 98 % of the men are either womenhaters, or let the hating of opinionated women pass by not saying anything, then their are some percent that want good and don´t want to hate women but aren´t willing to listen to women enough so it turns bad anyways unconsius women haters... so then there´s about 2 percent left who are smart, consiuss and haven´t been influcenced by the women hate so much that you can stand and even enjoy their presence.. It’s funny you ask that. If I had an opportunity then I would probably take it, but you see, no one likes me or is ever interested, and if they ever were, they leave me after years and get married to the next person they can find that does not think like me and has an opinion about life. Even if you don't like kids, think of the life they are living compared to the life we live.
