The Disruptive Sleeping Patterns
So here it goes. I am a mentally disturbed person, and it is getting worse daily with my lack of sleep. I sleep for about 4 hours a day now. Why? I have no clue. I just wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep.
Yesterday night, I woke up at 2 am and I tried to close my eyes again and doze off, then I had a weird feeling that someone is shoving me and I woke up again! I know, I am mentally disturbed. The problem is that I go to work half asleep and the high dosage of caffeine is not helping.
Bitter Thoughts Resulted from People
Isn’t it funny that people spend 100′s of dollars on clothes and purses just to show off? Yet, they were cheap asses and horrible money managers and always ask you for money for gas or food? I wonder how they would feel if someone suggested for them to donate their money to I don’t know, some organization to help children and dying people in Palestine for example.
I am Not a People Person
I don’t like people. Simple as that. But you have to realize that people are the cause of my mentally disturbed thought process. Look at me! Do I write normal? Do I speak normal? Am I typical?
Emailing Back
For those people subscribed to my blog through email must realize that you CANNOT reply back me through those emails. The return sender on those emails are noreply@rebelliousarabgirl.net. I will not answer you back if you reply to them. Come to my site and comment, or send me a question through my contact page. It’s unbelievable the number of people that have replied in the former method and bitch at me for not replying back to them.
Enough ranting for today. Time to make some coffee.

Don’t take any sleeping pills they’ll make you feel more and more lazy and Xanax makes it difficult for you to get up in the morning. Cut down on the coffee a bit and exercise so more and you should regain a normal sleeping pattern. P/S I’m not a people person either. lol

I don’t have any sleeping pills or anything. I am drug free for months.. no no.. a year or two. lol
So don’t worry.. I am so sleeping right now, I am about to pass out in my seat.

Sleep is overrated…I have been waking up at 4:30 every morning and I realize I can get SO much done at that time! Better that I get up than have those scary nightmares when I’m in that weird early morning haze, right??
Ameena you are right, unless it is affecting your mood. Then mood is more important than having a few extra hours in the day. And it is better to try to sleep better. Mona I don’t know if you have already done it, but not having caffeine in the evening is helpful. Or if that doesn’t help the moods. Just stop it completely. That is what i have done since probably january. I stopped drinking tea at all, but then did have the odd cup of fruit tea rarely, just to try. Because I think fruit tea does not have caffeine but i am not sure. I was going to ask a german friend but haven’t yet. But I don’t even have one of these fruit tea per week. So I don’t think i have caffeine at all now. Basically the fewer things that can give you ups and downs when you can’t have them, the better. Also I tried having a cup of warm/almost hot milk before bed. I don’t know if it helps, but it makes your body in the mood for sleep to do things differently. And lights also make our brain active, so if you are having disturbed sleep maybe you need to try to reduce light some time before you go to bed, like have some lower brightness lights so that your brain can get into relaxing and thinking it is bedtime. Basically if you have disrupted and not good quality sleep, then it affects your mood. So you need to concentrate on making the sleep you have not disrupted. That means winding down, and letting your brain relax before going to bed. And not thinking when you are in bed, just sleep.
Perhaps you should see a sleep specialist. They may be able to determine why you cannot get sleep.

I have bouts of insomnia, I find that its stress that’s usuall a factor, and from what I read sometimes you do seem stressed out. I try to do something relaxing before I go to bed and try to clear my mind of the whole day, that usually helps me. Also, Chimera is right, exercising and cutting back coffee also helps.

n i think everyboby has something wroung with them if they know it or they dont….i dont like 2 amit it but i worry alot about something i wont say lol ….well whatever i can say it its about that girl n us being togethere n mmmm what else is wroung with me ??? i am 2 skinny 2 lol n i am sure theres alot more then this 2 lol the sleeping thing that is really bad i am sorry 2 hear that salams n hope it gets better
