I am a trainer and a quasi-supervisor (long story on the latter) but it's hard for me to say no also and inside I am seething. I also need to step up. There are people on my team who have worked there for 30 years (I have been there for 7) and they STILL don't know some of the simplest of things. I guess because they always let someone else think for them. Just tell these people no but in such a why that they thank you for it lol....if there is such a way. I always wish you the best.
