I think it is the lack of wrinkles
I went today to get an optometrist appointment. My optometrist is retiring and it seems a new guy is starting in June. So I didn’t get an appointment till mid June. Here in the province of Ontario, to get an eye check up is not free anymore like in the old days. So, the optician who does the appointments told me the price, then looked at me and said, “How old are you?”
I looked a bit confused of why he was asking my age, and I said, “29.”
He said, “Ah really, people who are under 20 get the checkup at a cheaper price.”
I said, “And you thought I was like 19?”
He said, “Yah.. I think people would think you are.”
I said sarcastically, “Great.. thanks.”
He said, “Well the new doctor is young and pretty good looking guy! So look out!”
I smirked out of disbelief and said, “ok!”
The guy better be good looking. I was promised!

You can look at it from a different angle. Maybe it was your first eye test to see how handsome he is, don’t you think?
But then again, how would you know the guy is good looking. He may just give you lenses the make him look good.
