Disappointed
I am disappointed that Brazil lost.
I am no longer going to watch the world cup. I will go back to the same old routine of blogging a bit more often and answering people.

So how is everyone doing? Good I hope! I am same old same old. Nothing new or exciting. My brother is here now, and we will go to Toronto on Sunday to pick up his wife and daughter from the airport. They were in Lebanon for the month. So yaaay!! A CHILD in the house!!
Hair sticking out form the fear!
Also, now I am wearing contacts. The pain and struggle to put those suckers in. On my right eye it takes a second, but on my left eye, dear Lord the struggle. So after days of struggling. I figured out that to put the contact in my left eye, I have to use my left hand. And to put the contact in my right eye, I have to use my right hand. Why wasn’t there a manual for these stupid things!
By the way, I can see better and I don’t need to spell check!!
However, grammar will always be a struggle for me. You know, being an immigrant and all. “Me no speak English.. !”Â
So that’s is the 411 on my life so far. I am almost done my course. 2 down, 5 more to go and I will be get my PMP. Maybe then I will reach higher ranks in life!!
Blah Blah, Depressed, Random Thoughts, Ranting as usual!, They said what?, Whatever!

Mona, time to time i enjoy reading your blogs, they make me laugh, you are too cute

Do you know that Brazil was using Nike sponsored clothing against Netherlands?
Why did they wear blue? Yellow, that’s supposed to be Brazilian uniform.
I think that’s the problem.
Boycott Nike products!!!
My God! That explains it, it’s the curse of Nike again!
Well, the good news is that I’ve learn’t how to consolidate n-hierarchical-dimensional cubes using T-SQL in an SQL Server database, and working out how to do simple cube algebra in T-SQL. I’m also learning ANTLR so I can write my own domain specific languages (DSL’s). Finally, my defacto boss is on holiday for 2 weeks so one will be left entirely to my own devices (although I genaral am anyway).
The bad news I need to write a GUI over the next 2 weeks, and I’ve never been shockingly interested in interface design. I’m much more a database and application server kind of guy.
Holland woohoo =)
Spain today
O_O
O________O
Yeah we (Holland!!!) won!!!
btw love your blog.
Do you know what Mona I would be interested to know how much being educated changes you’re socio-economic status as a woman in the ME. I know that young women probably have a higher socio economic value than mature, light skin vs dark skin, virgins vs non virgins, single vs divorced etc, BUT I wonder if being v. highly educated has a considerable (or not) impact on you’re socio economic status. Hmmm…..its hard to tell x
LOL…at me no english…you know us araps, we also like to drink bebsi and write with a ben and bensil
You are too funny! I’ve been wearing contacts for 20 years now (I’m 32). It does take some practice. I would recommend using your dominant hand to put in/remove your contacts. I found this tutorial on Youtube that maybe helpful http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pNcQf-aDNP0, if nothing else, it’ll give you some comic relief.
I love your blog. You’re a very cool girl!
I want to post another one, but my admin panel is messed up.. so I will try to fix it tonight when I get home!!
testing the comments. I still can’t post a new one guys.. still trying to resolve this problem.
