The best type of happiness is the one that unexpectedly happens at no given time, or reasoning. One just feels happy that hopefully life is going to be better. A person just needs to savor such moments and hope it will happen to them again.

There is a difference between a fun application that brings friends closer together by random interactions than an application that brings no value, no fun, and a money hogging tool. Random Facebook developers are resorting to the lowest methods and schemes of earning money. The advertisements are not enough. The thousands of impressions they get per day are not enough to earn a decent amount of money. They need to resort to methods such as earn your credits by inviting friends. Unlock all the great features of this application by inviting 20 friends. Earn so many credits by applying to credit cards, cell phone SMS ads, fill out forms to win a Wii and more.

The sad part is, that many people will fall for such schemes and not realize that the developers are not providing a tool for entertainment purposes at all. And they are really not going to care how they will improve the application. Applications on facebook are intended for one purpose and one purpose only. It is a fun way to interact with your “friends.” Facebook has become a spamming tool. A money hogging tool, and so many people are falling for it.

I even considered making an application and placing some ads in it. It’s not rocket science. As long as you are a good php programming, then it is a piece of cake. I even see now a days job positions asking for PHP developers to make facebook applications. Well, it better be a damn good one so A LOT more people will add it. Let it be useful to people, and not force people to “earn credits” to use such tools. It’s very unattractive and a very bad way to make an application popular.

Angry, Blah Blah, Ranting as usual!, Whatever!

I was on the bus this morning at 7:35 am, and this one lady ran to the bus and asked the bus driver, “do you go downtown?”

The bus driver said, “no. I go to the University only.”

She said, “well which bus goes downtown?”

Bus driver said, “the one in front of me that just left.”

She said, “well can you dispatch it to come back or stop. I have to go now!”

Bus driver said, “by the time I dispatch him he would have gone too far.”

She then got MAD and said, “I have to go downtown. I am lost and I have no idea which bus goes where. I got a job interview at 8 am and I am fucking screwed! Can’t you fucking HELP ME!”

Bus driver said, “that’s not my problem. I don’t know all their schedules. You got to wait 10 – 15 minutes for the next one I believe.”

She then started screaming and got so emotional and pissed and crying.

Bus driver just closed the door and left.

First off, I would never hire her. She is late for a job interview anyways. It’s always a good first impression to be PUNCTUAL and be there at least 15 minutes early. She doesn’t know the bus schedules and she actually accepted a job interview at 8 am which means she is desperate and immature and have no idea how the working world works. I feel pity for her ignorance and her lack of anger management.

It’s funny how people perceive me as just a web designer who does pretty graphics and that’s it. No one recognizes the fact that I am a PROGRAMMER! Is it because I am a girl? So I get people sending me messages and emails of job positions that are only free lance web designer, or flash developer? I am like is that a career? I am not even THAT good at it. When I apply for jobs I apply for FULL TIME Programming or any Information Technology related jobs. That’s all. I hate FREELANCE work! I want a real job with management and people. I don’t want to deal with single clients! It’s horrible!

The funny part is that I got interviewed for those real programming or technology related jobs! You know why I am never asked or would ever be considered for a graphics design or web design job? It’s because I didn’t go to a community college to LEARN IT! That’s what those jobs ask for! No one understands that. The people who think they are better than me think that’s the type of job I should be looking for, and I get interviewed for the ones that are not that.

I don’t get it! Why are people so self centered or think I deserve to be only working as a graphics/web designer? I am not GOOD at it. It’s a talent I just do for fun. I worked as a designer for 6 years for fun! It’s not a long time career and I never wanted to be one! I just ended up as one and those who are not supposed to be even programming get recognized as such. What the hell is wrong with the world? Why people who know me think I should only be looking for certain jobs and not what I am supposed to be doing in life?
