Well here I am again. Suffering from insomnia.. this time it is getting worse. I take my medication to sleep and I wake up 2 hours later. No reason. No noise to wake me up or dreams. Just wake up like it was a full 8 hour sleep. I am diagnosed with transient insomnia. Insomnia lasting from one night to a few weeks is referred to as transient. Most people occasionally suffer from transient insomnia due to such causes as jet lag or short-term anxiety. So I take my medication for one or two nights.. then somehow I become immune to it and it doesn’t work anymore. It’s like that with any medicine I take. I think my white blood cells just work extra hard for any foreign object. Even Ibuprofen type of medication for headache and migraines stop working.

This is really bad for me. I cannot keep going on like this. I come to work feeling lazy and unmotivated from the lack of sleep. Aah when will it stop. I don’t remember I had a good night sleep in a long time.. the medication however is great because I don’t have weird dreams. But when it stops working and I spend half the night awake I get very odd dreams especially when I fall asleep again at 5 am! So I had a dream this morning that was really weird. I was dressed as a bride and had my hair done and everything ready for my wedding and then I just left. I didn’t want to be there. I just walked away and took off the dress and just started walking in the streets seeing people. No reason. Then I went to this bakery and got some weird dessert. (Even in my dreams I think of candy! ) .. anyways.. so that was it. .. isn’t that the weirdest thing ever.

Anyways I need better sleeping aids. NyQuil will do it! That stuff is dangerous! Also I feel like I have a cold all the time. Maybe I am just sick with lots of virus and germs in my body that the army of white blood cells are working on..

I gave my self peace and quiet today.. I had my yearly performance review at work and I pretty much kept my mouth shut for three reasons:

1. I was praised for something I didn’t even realize I have done. It seems people in higher positions like me without actually telling me or saying anything.
2. When I talked to my boss I really didn’t have the heart to bitch and complain. He has always been nice to me and suffered through my crazyiness and bad temper. He just blamed it on me being a hot tempered Palestenian girl. I just thought oh well. I will just go with the flow. I have managed 5 years working here. Another year won’t kill me. I will just take it easy and only concentrate on my work and ignore anything or anyone that bothers me.
3. I was given a decent raise which bumps me up to ~230 bucks extra a month..

So how is that? Everyone proud of me?? I didn’t bitch or complain!! As Cady in Mean Girls would imply.. NO WORD VOMIT! yaaay.. Two thumbs up for me..

oooh.. I just realized that my birthday is in 23 days.. and also my blog will be 1 years old! So on December 23rd there will be a celebration .. hahaha

I have been tense a lot lately.. for the past 5 days I have been devouring chocalate or any form of sugar like crazy.. I donno why. I don’t even crave it. People think I am depressed or something that is why I been eating it. Then I checked my blood pressure and heart rate today at the drug store. VERY LOW blood pressure but 100 heart beats per minute. So yah. I am loosing it. My blood pressure was like 100/60.. it is too much below normal? I think normal is like 120/80 .. I think. Don’t quote me on that. Maybe I am a walking zombie.. lol But I should eat more chips or pickles or something.. also I have been sleeping a lot lately! Like over 8 hours of sleep a night. By the time is is 9:30 pm I am dead tired! I never ever slept that much. I usually sleep 5 or 6 hours and I feel fresh. Now I just get so tired. Also my motivation level is so low. I just need to move to an island with tropical breeze!!

And yes I complain a lot.. DUH! That’s what I do best!
